You have 24hrs to let us know if everything is okay. If you think you’ve been missold to, or our listing was significantly different to what you got, we’ll help you find somewhere else to live. If there are more serious issues, we can help cover the cost of a hotel, or refund your money if necessary.

The cancellation policy that applies to each ad is selected by iSA +.
The cancellation policy only applies to the payment of the first month of rent.
You will be reimbursed 100% of the first rental payment if you cancel up to 60 days before the contract start date and you will be reimbursed 50% of the first rental payment if you cancel up to 30 days before the contract start date, from 29 days to the start date of the contract without refund.
After your reservation has been accepted, if you decide to cancel it, this deposit will not be returned.
The deposit fee is non-refundable.
