Minimum stay
Is required to stay a minimum of 90 nights. This means that, depending on your move-in date, you should book your move-out at least 90 nights later to get accepted.
Contract
For days, the month you enter and the month you leave, you will only pay for the days you have reserved.
Security deposit
2 months rent. The security deposit will be retained during the stay. You will be reimbursed when you leave the property, deducting the cost of electricity, gas and only in extraordinary cases the cost of any damage caused during your stay will be deducted.
Cancellation policy
61 days or more before the day of entry we will refund the deposit and the first month’s rent. Between 31 and 60 days before the date of entry we will refund half of the deposit, as well as half of the first month’s rent. With less than 30 days a day of entry, no refund will be made.
Tenant
Students between 18 and 27 years old.
In any other agency you would pay, rent of month, deposit and commissions (one month rent plus Iva)
Example agency X (First month rent 360,00€ + Deposit 720,00€ + Commissions 360,00€ + Iva 75,00€) in total you would pay )1.515,00€.
